  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    1, Usually it takes 10-15 working days to sew the dress, and it takes 10-15 working days for shipping if you choose rush shipping, it takes 20-25 working days for shipping if you choose standard shipping.

  • Why is my order canceled by the seller?

    1, Once order is confirmed, we will send you confirmation email, but if we can't get your reply, order will be canceled accordingly.
    2, If you pay by credit card, and your payment shows ineligible for seller's protection in PayPal, your order will be canceled accordingly.
    3, If you need it too urgently, and we can't catch up your date, the order will be canceled accordingly.
